Before participating in any exercise programme or completing any exercise please ensure you have read and understood the following:

  • If you have any existing medical conditions you should consult with your GP or healthcare professional to confirm that the exercises/exercise program you are looking to follow is appropriate for you and your needs.
  • If you are fit and well or been given approval to take part in exercise by your GP/healthcare provider, please ensure that you take responsibility with regard to your health and always stop activity if a new health issue occurs or an existing condition worsens.
  • This program is designed for healthy individuals 16 years and older. Users aged 14 to 18 must have adult supervision. This exercise programme is not designed for users aged under 14.
  • Mintlife LTD advises clients to take full responsibility for their safety and know their limits. Before partaking in the exercises in this or any other program, be sure that your equipment is well-maintained, and do not take risks beyond your level of experience, aptitude, training and fitness.
  • Always do a warm-up prior to any exercise.
  • If you experience any light-headedness, dizziness, or shortness of breath while exercising, stop the movement and consult a physician immediately.
  • If you engage in this exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume responsibility for all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Mintlife LTD from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown.

  • Module-3 : 12-Week exercise Plan ‘3-day Week’ Progressive Home Workout Program
    A testing and Progressive plan that also builds on existing fitness. This plan focusses on 3 daily workouts per week, designed for people wanting to up their training in a staged way. It’s also great for busy people with busy lives. We’ve selected specific exercises to get the most benefit in each of the 3 days of training per week, avoid repetition and still give you results.
  • Module-4 : Bonus Week for Extra Intensity (Optional)
    This is a one-week plan for those who want to give themselves a hard week during the other plans or where you want to pick a days’ exercises to add in to the routines of the other plans.
    Simply put, this week gives you a chance to push yourself when you feel ready for it!
  • Module 5 : Maintenance Workout Routine.
    This is a one-week plan specifically designed to help you keep your hard-earned fitness when you have either completed all of the previous modules or maybe where you might be unable to continue the module you are working through.
    This makes a great workout to take on holiday with you or if you are working out of town for a few days, to keep your fitness while away but able to pick up where you left off when you’re back at home.
